At CADA, our intensive Six-Month Training Program equips passionate individuals with the practical skills, mentorship, and hands on experience they need to build sustainable careers and lift up their communities. But many of our most talented applicants simply cannot afford the tuition and materials.

This is where you come in.

When you sponsor a participant, you aren’t just making a donation: you are actively investing in a person’s future. Over the course of 24 weeks, your generosity provides them with:

Full tuition and access to specialized training modules.

All necessary learning materials, tools, and resources.

One-on-one mentorship from industry professionals.

Career placement support upon graduation.

$100 / Month – Covers half of a trainee’s monthly program costs.
